Yours sincerely, Esther Martínez reflectionBefore doing this exercise I did know that if you don't like the product or service that you receive you could write a complaint letter about it, however I didn't know how to write it correctly. Some of the vocabulary I did know very well, but the structure of the letter I didn't know anything about it, for example if you want to write a complaint letter you have to follow these steps: 1.- For whom is the letter addressed. 2.-Subject about the letter (it has to be short but it has to catch the reader's attention). 3.- Why are you writing the letter. 4.- Details of the problem which occurred. 5.- An explanation of the consequences of the problem. 6.-A threat about what you will do if they do not correct the problem. I have to practice more my writing, in the book there are many excercises that I could use for practice and also study all the vocabulary. Some of the things I will do in order to improve my skills is trying to cover all the points that they give to me. Here are some tips that are useful fo the BULATS test. Somo of my weak areas I identified in the writings that I have done are that I can't order the ideas in the right way and sometimes what I wrote doesn't have sense, and sometimes I forguet about the vocabulary and I don't use it in the letters.
